For the protection of both parties, the Customer consents to the use of digital photography and/or video to document the condition of the vehicle before, during, and after service. These records are used for:

  • Verification of vehicle condition upon arrival and departure.

  • Technical reference for complex repairs or modifications.

 

3. Media Release & Marketing

By choosing our services, the Customer grants Upside Down Racing a perpetual, non-exclusive, and royalty-free license to capture, use, and publish photographic and video documentation of the vehicle for promotional, marketing, and commercial purposes.

  • Usage: This includes, but is not limited to, the display of such media on our official website, social media platforms, and advertising materials.

  • Privacy Precautions: While Upside Down Racing will make reasonable efforts to obscure or remove license plate information upon request, the Customer acknowledges that the vehicle’s likeness, modifications, and performance results may be shared publicly.

  • Waiver: The Customer waives any right to inspect or approve the finished product and releases Upside Down Racing from any claims for compensation or liability arising from the use of such media.

 

4. How We Use Your Data

We use the information we collect to:

  • Schedule and confirm service appointments.

  • Provide accurate quotes and technical updates.

  • Process payments and issue invoices.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
